Equipped with a 4.5 ‘ x 3’ x 3’ electrical heat treatment furnace with water quenching & forced air cooling facilities - having 3 point thermocouples with computerized graphical representation

Finishing Shop
Equipped with pencil grinders to heavy duty swing frame grinders & shot blasting machine. Also available arc welding transformers / rectifiers 800 amps

Machine Shop
Equipped with HMC , VMC , CNC & DRO lathes for final machining. Also available hydro testing facility upto 6000 PSI

Quality Assurance
We are an ISO 9001 – 2000 accredited foundry & machine shop [ RW TUV ] . We have up to date mechanical and chemical laboratories including spectrometer. We have magnetic particle & dye penetrate testing facilities. We also have ultrasonic and radiography testing facilities available in Ahmedabad
